Because our home and breeding program are right here in California, in-state buyers can do something out-of-state buyers cannot — visit our cattery in person, meet the parents, and see exactly how each kitten is raised before adoption.

If you're along the coast in San Diego, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, or the Bay Area, you have nearly perfect Bengal weather year-round — mild temperatures, low humidity, and almost no extreme heat. Most coastal owners simply keep an eye on screens and balconies, since Bengals are climbers and a 6th-floor sliding door is a real fall risk.
Sacramento, Fresno, Bakersfield, and the Coachella Valley regularly cross 100°F in summer. Run AC between 72 and 78°F, place ceramic cooling mats in tile rooms, and keep a pet water fountain topped up — Bengals naturally drink more from moving water, which protects long-term kidney health in dry inland heat.
Late summer through fall brings wildfire smoke across much of California, and air-quality dips affect cats just as they affect humans. We coach every California buyer to keep a HEPA air purifier in the kitten's main room during smoke events, close windows when AQI exceeds 100, and have a pre-packed go-bag with carrier, food, and vaccination records ready in case of evacuation orders.

Every Bengal kitten we sell is F5 generation or later (SBT — Stud Book Tradition), meaning at least five generations removed from any wild Asian Leopard Cat ancestor. California Fish & Game Code only restricts the early-generation hybrids (F1 through F4); F5/SBT Bengals are classified as fully domestic by every major registry (TICA and CFA) and are legal to own across all of California, including Los Angeles County, San Diego County, Orange County, the Bay Area, and every other municipality in the state. No special permit, license, or county inspection is required. You'll receive written generation and pedigree confirmation with your adoption paperwork.

California-only privilege. Visit our home cattery by appointment to meet the kittens, see how they're raised, and meet the parents. Many California families choose to pick up their kitten in person at the end of the visit.
We personally drive your kitten to your California address — from a same-day Los Angeles drop-off to a longer Bay Area or Sacramento drive. The lowest-stress option for the kitten and a chance to do a calm hand-off at your front door.
For far-northern California or remote destinations, a USDA-compliant pet courier flies with your kitten in the cabin from LAX or SFO to SMF, FAT, or your nearest commercial airport. Your kitten travels in-cabin, never via cargo.
You're welcome to pick up your kitten in person. We walk you through final paperwork, hand over your kitten's go-home kit, and answer any last-minute questions before you head out. Pickup is included at no extra cost.
Every California delivery is scheduled around traffic and weather, and your kitten travels in an airline-approved soft carrier with absorbent bedding, water, and a piece of fabric carrying the scent of their littermates.

California families are welcome to schedule an in-person cattery visit. Out-of-area families receive weekly photos and short videos as the kitten grows, finishes vaccinations, and is cleared by our vet.
Around the 12-week mark we lock in the hand-off — either a calm in-person pickup at our cattery or a hand-delivery drive to your California front door. You receive a written delivery quote before any final payment.
Most kittens hide briefly, then explore room by room and claim a favorite sunny window. By the end of the first month you'll have a confident, talkative little Bengal — and our after-adoption support stays open for life by email.

Yes. We hand-deliver kittens by road throughout California, including San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, and Sacramento. The drive is the lowest-stress option for the kitten and gives Bay Area families a chance to ask questions in person at delivery.
